Refund policy

1. GENERAL POLICY

Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of pet care products, all sales are considered final unless specific conditions mentioned below are met.

We follow a strict no-return policy except in verified cases.


2. ELIGIBLE CASES (ONLY THESE)

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • Product is damaged during transit, OR
  • Wrong product has been delivered

No other reasons will be accepted.


3. MANDATORY PROOF (STRICT REQUIREMENT)

To raise any claim, the customer must provide:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory) showing:
    • Sealed package
    • Opening process
    • Product condition
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

❌ Claims without proper unboxing video will be automatically rejected


4. CLAIM WINDOW

  • All claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests after this period will not be considered under any circumstances

5. NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS

The following are strictly not eligible:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Minor packaging damage (outer box dents, etc.)
  • Personal dissatisfaction (fragrance, texture, expectations, etc.)
  • Allergic reactions or pet-related sensitivities
  • Orders refused at delivery (COD RTO cases)

6. REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds in general.

In eligible cases (approved after verification):

  • Replacement will be provided, OR
  • Refund may be issued at our sole discretion

Refund conditions:

  • Processed within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Issued to original payment method only

7. RETURN PROCESS

If your claim is approved:

  • Customer may be required to:
    • Ship the product back, OR
    • Provide additional proof

Return shipping terms:

  • Shipping cost may be:
    • Covered by us (if fault is verified), OR
    • Charged to customer (if required)

8. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

  • Orders refused at delivery are not eligible for refund or reshipment
  • Such customers may be:
    • Restricted from future COD orders
    • Allowed only prepaid orders

9. CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE PROTECTION

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You will not initiate false disputes or chargebacks
  • You will contact us first for resolution

In case of disputes, we reserve the right to submit:

  • Delivery confirmation
  • Order verification proof
  • Communication logs
  • Policy acceptance records

Fraudulent disputes may result in:

  • Permanent account restriction
  • Legal action

10. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

  • Our liability is limited to the product purchase value
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Indirect losses
    • Pet-related outcomes
    • Misuse or improper handling

12. FRAUD & ABUSE CONTROL

We actively monitor:

  • Repeated refund claims
  • COD refusals
  • Suspicious user behavior

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject claims
  • Block users
  • Cancel future orders

13. POLICY ACCEPTANCE

By placing an order, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
