6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk Transfer

  • Orders are shipped via third-party logistics partners
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only

📦 Risk transfers to customer upon:

  • Dispatch confirmation, or
  • Handover to courier partner

We are not liable for:

  • Delivery delays
  • Courier issues
  • Incorrect addresses provided by customer

7. Returns, Refunds & Dispute Protection

To prevent misuse and fraud:

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for any damage/missing item claims
  • Claims without valid proof will be rejected

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is damaged in transit
  • Wrong product delivered

Conditions:

  • Claim within 48 hours
