Shipping policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING & CONTROL

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation and verification
  • We reserve the right to delay, hold, or cancel any order at our sole discretion

Orders may be cancelled without notice if:

  • Customer is unreachable
  • Verification fails
  • Order is flagged as suspicious or high-risk

2. MANDATORY ORDER VERIFICATION

To prevent fraud and losses:

  • Orders may require OTP, call, SMS, or WhatsApp confirmation
  • Additional verification may be requested for high-value or repeat COD orders

Failure to verify = automatic cancellation


3. SHIPPING TIMELINES (NON-GUARANTEED)

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Timelines are indicative only and not guaranteed

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners
  • Weather or natural events
  • Government restrictions
  • Operational disruptions

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout
  • All shipping charges are strictly non-refundable once dispatched

5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) – STRICT LEGAL TERMS

By placing a COD order, you agree that:

  • You are contractually obligated to accept delivery
  • Refusal without valid reason is considered order misuse

We reserve the right to:

  • Confirm COD orders before dispatch
  • Cancel unverified COD orders
  • Restrict or permanently disable COD for any user

If a COD order is refused or not accepted:

  • It will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)
  • Customer may be:
    • Blacklisted from COD
    • Restricted to prepaid orders only
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Recover shipping and handling charges
    • Take action against fraudulent ordering behavior

6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & FAILURE

  • Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times only

Order will be marked failed (RTO) if:

  • Customer is unavailable
  • Incorrect address or contact details are provided
  • Delivery is refused

7. RISK TRANSFER & OWNERSHIP

  • Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier partner

We are not liable for:

  • Loss, delay, or damage after dispatch
  • Courier mishandling or service failures

8. ADDRESS ACCURACY & RE-SHIPPING

  • Customer is solely responsible for providing accurate address and contact details

If delivery fails due to incorrect details:

  • Re-shipping will be charged fully to the customer
  • We are not responsible for failed delivery

9. LOST, DELAYED OR UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS

  • All investigations are subject to courier timelines (5–10 business days or more)

We reserve the right to:

  • Re-ship the product, or
  • Issue refund/replacement only after confirmation from courier

No claims will be entertained if:

  • Tracking shows delivered
  • Incorrect delivery details were provided

10. DAMAGE / MISSING CLAIMS (STRICT PROOF REQUIRED)

  • Unboxing video is mandatory (from sealed package opening)
  • Claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Claims will be rejected if:

  • No proper video proof
  • Product is used or tampered
  • Delay in reporting

11. NO LIABILITY CLAUSE

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, we are not liable for:

  • Courier delays or failures
  • RTO losses due to customer actions
  • External or force majeure events
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

12. FRAUD & ABUSE MONITORING

We actively monitor:

  • Order patterns
  • COD behavior
  • Delivery acceptance history

We reserve the right to:

  • Block accounts
  • Restrict services
  • Cancel orders without notice

13. POLICY ACCEPTANCE

By placing an order, you:

  • Agree to this Shipping Policy
  • Accept all verification, delivery, and liability terms
